Unexpected discontinued/seponerte LIB entries shown in the LIB following migration from FM

Prescriptions from FM's Andre Forskrivninger, are shown as inactive, no matter what the RF state is.  Once the doctor signs the LIB then all inactive prescriptions that have not yet been confirmed for use, are removed from the LIB.  Prescriptions that are active in RF are also removed but once a new RF lookup is run then they appear in the LIB like new prescriptions that are mandatory to handle.
